  1. If you make online payment, please send us details of:- Payment ID, Transporter Name, User ID, Vehicle No., No. Of year, Amount, Mode of Payment, UTR No. , Payment Date.
  2. Once we received Payment in our bank account we will approve your vehicle to go live.
  3. Fare, Toll, RTO Charges, Night Charges, Detention Charges, etc. should be fixed between the Vehicle owner and their customer.
  4. for Passengers or goods owners hiring a vehicle through this website must pay the advance or any other amount directly by visiting the vehicle owner's office. and strictly collect a valid receipt at the office to minimize the risk of any future issues. Do not make payments over the phone based only on verbal deals.
  5. for Passengers or goods owners : All agreements and deals between the Vehicle Owner and the Passenger or Goods Owner must be kept in writing (such as WhatsApp messages, SMS, or other written formats) to avoid any future problems or disputes.
  6. Registration, subscription, and renewal fees once paid will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  7. The membership is strictly personal and non-transferable. It is valid only for the specific individual or business that registered the account. Under no circumstances can this membership be transferred, assigned, or shared with any other person, third party, or even another registered member on this website.
  8. Those availing services from this website shall be Deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted and agreed the terms and conditions.
  9. If any misuse of the services is found,the account will be suspended.
  10. Every Member has to provide true and detailed information while filling registration form.
  11. If you choose to terminate your membership, the membership fees will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  12. It is member’s responsibility to check online updated data. If any changes member can contact us.
  13. If any invalid, unclear, unrelated, or misleading information/photograph comes to our notice, we reserve the right to reject, remove, or request correction of such data, or format it appropriately for display consistency. We reserve the absolute right to block or suspend any user ID or vehicle profile found violating these terms, without any refund.
  14. If a profile is suspended or deleted by us due to a violation of these terms, the paid membership fee shall be forfeited and will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  15. We have reserved right to change any time terms and conditions without prior intimation and it should be agreed by you.
  16. Any Fraud, illegal goods, illegal vehicle, Payment issue, Accident, Valuable goods theft, passenger Problem, Driver Problem, police case, hospital case, RTO Case, Court Matter, legal matter, Vehicle not available, Trip cancelled by Vehicle owner, Trip cancelled by Passenger or Goods owner, Vehicle Reporting Delay, etc. We are not responsible for the same.
  17. Register only commercial vehicles with us. Do not register non-commercial vehicles on our website. We will not be liable if anyone registers a non-commercial vehicle on our website and if R.T.O penalizes it or any other issue arises.
  18. As per your Request we have uploaded your vehicle on this site, and we are not given any fix business guarantee.
  19. If someone misused your exposed information, we are not responsible for the same.
  20. If you are hiring registered driver so please check his/her Driving Skill, Police NOC Verification, Documents, etc. we are not responsible for the same.
  21. If we found any other thing which is not mentioned in above, in that case we have reserved right to take decision as per our convenience and same is agreed by you.
  22. It is the sole responsibility of the Vehicle Owner to maintain a valid RTO Passing, Permit, and Insurance for the vehicle at all times while it is listed on this website. If any vehicle is found running with expired documents, the owner will be fully responsible for all legal and financial consequences. The vehicle owner explicitly guarantees that the vehicle has a valid and active insurance policy and all other required RTO documents at the time of registration and will maintain them continuously.
  23. We operate strictly as an 'Intermediary' as defined under the Information Technology Act. We do not verify or endorse any user data.
  24. Any legal disputes or matters arising out of the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India only.
  25. Security Alert: Never share your One-Time Password (OTP), login password, or any confidential details with anyone. We will never ask for your OTP.
  26. Right of Admission and Refusal: The website management reserves the absolute and sole right to decide which vehicles are approved, listed, or displayed live on this platform. We are strictly not obligated or legally bound to list every vehicle submitted, even if all required RTO documents and paperwork are valid and clear. No user or vehicle owner can force us to display their vehicle. If we choose to reject, withhold, or delay the approval of any vehicle listing for safety, quality, or any other internal reasons, the paid membership fees shall remain strictly non-refundable and forfeited under all circumstances. We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in approving a listing.
  27. Technical Failures and Website Downtime: The website management shall not be held liable or responsible under any circumstances if the website or any of its functions, features, or services become temporarily unavailable, non-functional, or crash due to technical issues, server downtime, maintenance work, coding glitches, cyber-attacks, or unforeseen technical failures. Users and vehicle owners expressly agree that they will not hold us responsible or claim any financial compensation, losses, or refunds for any business interruption, lack of calls, or data unavailability caused during such technical issues or downtime.
