  1. If you make online payment, please send us details of:- Payment ID, Transporter Name, User ID, Vehicle No., No. Of year, Amount, Mode of Payment, UTR No. , Payment Date.
  2. Once we received Payment in our bank account we will approve your vehicle to go live.
  3. Fare, Toll, RTO Charges, Night Charges, Detention Charges, etc. should be fixed between the Vehicle owner and their customer.
  4. for Passengers or goods owners hiring a vehicle through this website must pay the advance or any other amount directly by visiting the vehicle owner's office. and strictly collect a valid receipt at the office to minimize the risk of any future issues. Do not make payments over the phone based only on verbal deals.
  5. for Passengees or goods owners : All agreements and deals between the Vehicle Owner and the Passenger or Goods Owner must be kept in writing (such as WhatsApp messages, SMS, or other written formats) to avoid any future problems or disputes.
  6. Registration Fees once paid will not refundable under any Circumstances.
  7. Our membership only for personal use, it should not be transferred to any other person or purpose.
  8. Those availing services from this website shall be Deemed to have read, understood and expressly accepted and agreed the terms and conditions.
  9. If any misuse of the services is found,the account will be suspended.
  10. Every Member has to provide true and detail information while filling registration form.
  11. If you choose to terminate your membership, the membership fees will not be refundable under any circumstances.
  12. It is member’s responsibility to check online updated data. If any changes member can contact us.
  13. We reserve the right to edit, delete, overwrite, block id, block Vehicle, to change any information, photo if it is not valid / clear / related or any.
  14. If profile deleted by us paid membership fees will not be refundable under any circumstance.
  15. We have reserve right to change any time terms and conditions without prior intimation and it should be agreed by you.
  16. Any Fraud, illegal goods, illegal vehicle, Payment issue, Accident, Valuable goods theft, passenger Problem, Driver Problem, police case, hospital case, RTO Case, Court Matter, legal matter, Vehicle not available, Trip cancelled by Vehicle owner, Trip cancelled by Passenger or Goods owner, Vehicle Reporting Delay, etc. We are not responsible for the same.
  17. Register only commercial vehicles with us. Do not register non-commercial vehicles on our website. We will not be liable if anyone registers a non-commercial vehicle on our website and if R.T.O penalizes it or any other issue arises.
  18. If we mediate honorarium will be charged for per trip.
  19. As per your Request we have uploaded your vehicle on this site, and we are not given any fix business guarantee.
  20. If someone misused your expose information, we are not responsible for the same.
  21. If you are hiring registered driver so please check his/her Driving Skill, Police NOC Verification, Documents, etc. we are not responsible for the same.
  22. If we found any other thing which is not mentioned in above, in that case we have reserved right to take decision as per our convenience and same is agreed by you.
  23. It is the sole responsibility of the Vehicle Owner to maintain a valid RTO Passing, Permit, and Insurance for the vehicle at all times while it is listed on this website. If any vehicle is found running with expired documents, the owner will be fully responsible for all legal and financial consequences. The vehicle owner explicitly guarantees that the vehicle has a valid and active insurance policy and all other required RTO documents at the time of registration and will maintain them continuously.
